The Mental Health & Wellness House will be an empowering event dedicated to breaking stigmas, fostering resilience, prioritizing self-care, and understanding the correlation between mental and physical health. Participants will get the opportunity to interact with various experts in mental health and wellness. This gathering will offer panel discussions, breakout sessions, and nutrition/exercise workshops. There will be highly selected vendors, various company informational tables, and a wealth of free information.

Light bites and water will be offered during this enlightening event.
